Unique Technology
Shaolin Meridian Physio is a high-level therapy practice originating from thousand of years of Zen Shaolin, aimed at strengthening the body and improving health. It combines Shaolin’s “Yi Jin Jing” and “Xi Sui Jing,” along with the “Damo Staff” techniques. In Shaolin, it’s widely used for fitness and for Shaolin monks to unblock the body’s twelve main meridians and eight extraordinary meridians, as well as for recovery after training.
The 34th generation descendant of Shaolin Temple, Master Shi Yan Yi, inherited and perfected this technique and has been promoting it.
The Patented Tools
The Yi Jin Xi Sui Stick is a patented product that combines beneficial trace elements from Bian stone, minerals, and alternating magnetic fields. It features six effects in one: Zen medical acupressure, massage, acupuncture, painless scraping, fire therapy, and bone setting.
Using Tai Chi techniques, it is gentle yet forceful and can quickly unblock the body’s meridians, expelling wind, cold, dampness, and toxins from the body. It helps regulate Qi (chi) and nourish the blood, reduce inflammation and normalise the functioning of meridians thereby strengthening the body. When the meridians are unblocked, the body feels light and agile.
